To my best-est friends in life

This post is dedicated to my best-est friends... And that's you, ya you, Orangees and Mightees. Wondering how many of u actually still visit this blog but anyway just want to say a BIG THANK YOU to this wonderful group of people that i am so fortunate to be with. 2010 started off great for me, but became a crisis for me eventually and i'm sure u guys must be bored about me preaching all these things that have absolutely nothing to do with you guys. But THANKS for being there for me whenever i needed help, the endless invitations to the group's activities and also not forgetting that i'm still a friend of yours. Now that i have come back, even though i've noticed some slight changes in our friendship eg. talking less, joking less etc. , just wanna let you guys know i'm still the same ol' BOB, perhaps a little different from the past due to being scarred by the events in his pathetic life, but deep down inside i'm still me. Looking forward to more outings and football sessions with you people, my friends. Not just ordinary friends, but friends that i believe would back me up when i'm down, friends that i wouldn't want to lose and friends that i feel who are worth spending the rest of my life with. 2010 full of valuable lessons for me, but one of the most important lessons for me is something we all know but often take for granted ; A FRIEND IN NEED IS A FRIEND INDEED.

P.S. give me a lil more time to adapt back to life ok, like what CZ always says, eh Bob the last time i saw u was like before CNY 2010, that's how long i have been away.

Or-Leng-Cheese 2010 Da Ma Trip

Supposed to meet at compass point 9.30am sharp but as it turned out, we were all late except cass.
Photobucket
Luckily, Ken's father drove us to Causeway point if not the commandos would have waited much longer. While waiting for Sarah's friend, we had breakfast at Long John's........
Photobucket
Bob still laughing over breakfast, unaware that e 2 sandwiches were going to ruin his whole day...
Photobucket
Have no idea why but JT does look shag in this photo... naughty naughty!!!
Photobucket
Siao Liao Lor....

As soon as Sarah's friend arrived, we were off, to the hinterland of natural resources as mentioned in our secondary school History textbooks, PENISular Malaysia!!!
Photobucket
This was the 'IN' thing before NEWater...
Photobucket
The suspected Malaysian 'Jason Bourne' seated in front of us.
Photobucket
And here we are, the STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN!!!
Photobucket
Bob reaching for his pistol.

City square was our first stop, Ken and Aloy "pang seh" the girls and some of the guys to go for a haircut while the rest went for some cheap and good curry fish head just outside the shopping mall....
Photobucket
Look at the queue!!! No hair doesnt mean no queue...

Photobucket
And u call this a medium sized curry fish head??!!!
Photobucket
JT messaging his mistress while cass is too distracted by the curry fish head...
Photobucket
Obviously cass is getting impatient...
Photobucket
Damn! I shouldnt have eaten the sandwiches at Long John's!
Photobucket
Bestest friends...

After the meal, we loitered around in City Square while waiting for our movie...
Photobucket
Ken suggested Thai Massage, but e response was lukewarm...
Photobucket
PIKA!!!
Photobucket
All of us stunned by pika.
Photobucket
The restaurant we never dined, just for show only...
Photobucket
Tang enjoying his overseas leave...
Photobucket
Did you hear about the Morgans?
Photobucket
I guess you already know what movie we are watching.

Ok, it was a rather lousy movie in my opinion because all the while i was thinking about the restaurant we were going to visit later...
Photobucket
It was raining cats and dogs but it couldn't dampen our moods.
Photobucket
Recruits fall in also not as fast as us getting settled down, ready to make our order.
Photobucket
FYI, the address of the restaurant.
Photobucket
The legendary salted egg crab...
Photobucket
LOOK AT ALL THE EXCITED FACES!!! But the uncle told us the crabs haven't arrived at the restaurant so we had no choice but to summon the most respected figure in the whole of Malaysia...
Photobucket
True enough, the uncle made a phone call and assured us that the crabs would arrive in half an hour's time so we ordered some side dishes first...
Photobucket
Some bbq-ed stuff...
Photobucket
Cereal prawns, definitely better than honey stars.
Photobucket
"Mouse Powder"
Photobucket
Sambal "Yellow Teletubby"
Photobucket
JT enjoying his much acclaimed Bah Long Long drink... some of the side effects of consuming the drink includes stoning, bah long long effect etc.

Finally, they're here!!!
Photobucket
Photobucket
There were Crab with glass noodles and Pepper Crab, but by then we were all too busy eating to take more photos...
Photobucket
Even when eating mantou, we were reminded of kok rui's you-know-what. Nevertheless, kok's you-know-what were no match for these golden brown buns. Sorry kok, this time round you lose.

After a heartening meal...
Photobucket
Look at all the satisfied faces, 7 crabs and so many side dishes at just SGD28 each for the first dinner of 2010, how can we not be happy!
Photobucket
One last look at the restaurant before we left. Apparently in JB, if the restaurant's name has the chinese word 'golden', it must be good or it might just be purely coincidence. Don't take my word for it.Hopefully, we will be visiting Kimdo in the not too distant future

Some pictures taken on the way home,
